Free US shipping on orders over $130. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–6 business days. International orders can take up to 3 weeks (21 business days) depending on destination and customs.

Delivery can take up to 3 weeks

Most US orders arrive within 2–6 business days. However, during peak sale events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Year), for regional / remote ZIP codes, and for all international destinations, delivery can take up to 21 business days (3 weeks). By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this delivery window. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are still within the 21 business-day window unless the parcel has been declared lost by the carrier.

MN Generation dispatches from our US fulfilment centre Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once handed to the carrier, the transit time is outside our control. We recommend adding 2–3 business days to all estimates during sale periods.

Ready To Drink (RTD) items ship within the US only and are not eligible for free shipping. Each order is limited to one RTD; standard shipping for these items is $12.00.

Up to 3 weeks (21 business days): International standard shipments can take the full 21 business days, particularly during sale periods, customs hold-ups, or destinations outside major metropolitan zones. This is normal and is not grounds for refund while the parcel is still in transit and within the 21-day window.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges. These are not included at checkout and are imposed by the destination country.

If your parcel has not arrived after 21 business days, contact [email protected] with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Lost, delayed or undelivered parcels

Tracking statuses are updated by the carrier, not by MN Generation. Occasionally a parcel will show as "delivered" before it physically arrives — this is a scanning behaviour by the carrier and the parcel almost always arrives within 48 hours.

  • Stuck in transit (no scan in 7 days): email us with your order number and we will lodge a carrier investigation.
  • Returned to sender: incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels at the post office are returned to us. We will email you for a new address or to arrange a refund (minus the original outbound shipping cost).
  • Declared lost: after the carrier issues a lost declaration we will dispatch a replacement or process a full refund at your preference.

Processing & tracking

Orders placed before 11AM EST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel leaves our US warehouse.
