Returns Policy
Last updated 2026-05-28. Please read this policy in full BEFORE placing an order. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these return conditions. Outside the rights granted by applicable US consumer protection law, all returns are at our sole discretion and subject to the conditions below.

By placing an order you agree that any return is granted at Muscle Nation's sole discretion under the conditions below, and that store credit is the standard remedy. Cash refunds to the original payment method are only issued where required by applicable US consumer protection law — i.e. where the item has a major fault that cannot be remedied. Change-of-mind, sizing dissatisfaction, colour preference, "no longer wanted" and similar reasons are NOT grounds for a cash refund and will be remedied (at our discretion) by store credit or exchange only.
You also acknowledge that the standard delivery window for orders is up to 21 business days (3 weeks), particularly for international, regional or sale-period orders. No refund will be considered for non-delivery until 21 business days have elapsed from the date of dispatch and a carrier loss declaration has been issued.
Start a return
To initiate the return process, please head to our Return Portal and follow the instructions to complete your return. A return request is not a confirmed return — every request is subject to review and to the conditions in this policy. Items shipped back without an approved RMA number will be refused at our warehouse and returned to the sender at the sender's cost.
Once your parcel reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for quality control and finalisation. During peak periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, New Year, Mother's / Father's Day) this can extend to 25 business days. Return-shipping times to our warehouse are not included in these estimates and are at the customer's own carrier risk.
The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. The original outbound shipping fee, any expedited-shipping upgrade and any payment-processing fees are non-refundable in all circumstances (including approved refunds), as these costs are incurred and payable to third parties at the moment the order is placed.
A flat $9.95 restocking and quality-control fee applies to every approved refund or store credit to cover handling, inspection, repackaging and re-listing of the returned item. This fee is automatically deducted from the refund / credit amount.
Conditions for return
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance other than a verified major fault under applicable US consumer protection law:
- All underwear, briefs, socks, sports bras and swimwear (hygiene).
- All supplements, protein powders, RTDs, bars, snacks, food items — whether opened or sealed (food safety chain).
- Gift cards, store credit and digital products.
- Items marked "Final Sale", "Outlet", "Sample Sale", "Last Chance" or sold below 50% of original RRP.
- Bundle items, mystery boxes, free-gift-with-purchase items, promotional add-ons and influencer collaboration drops.
- Items purchased with a welcome / first-order discount code.
- Personalised, customised or made-to-order items.
- Apparel returned more than 14 days after delivery.
For safety and hygiene reasons, undergarments, socks, and opened supplements are unable to be returned.
- Your item must be lodged in our returns portal AND physically sent within 14 days from the date your order was received (postmark applies). Late returns are refused with no exception. We do not accept appeals on "postal delay" because the customer chooses when to lodge the return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached, in original packaging, and in genuinely re-sellable condition. Items received without tags, or with hygiene stickers removed, are refused.
- All returns are inspected by our QC team. We reserve the sole right to reject any return that does not meet the above standards. Rejected items will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense, or — if the customer does not respond within 14 days of rejection notice — donated or destroyed at our discretion with no refund.
- Items must be free from odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear, or animal/human hair. Returns showing these conditions will not be accepted.
- All customers (including domestic US) are responsible for the full cost of return shipping, return insurance, and any customs / duty charges that may apply to the return. Tracked shipping is mandatory. MN Generation accepts no liability for returns lost, stolen, damaged or seized in transit. If the parcel is not received at our warehouse, no refund or replacement will be issued and the claim must be made by the customer directly with their chosen carrier.
Store credit is our default remedy
For all approved returns that are not the result of a verified major fault, MN Generation will issue store credit by default. Store credit is delivered as a unique code valid for 12 months from issue and can be applied at checkout to any future order (excluding gift cards). Store credit cannot be transferred, cashed-out, redeemed for money or combined with other discount codes.
Where the customer specifically requests a cash refund instead of store credit (and the item is not subject to a non-conformity required to be remedied under applicable consumer law), an additional 10% processing surcharge will be deducted from the refund total to cover the additional handling and reversal of payment-network fees. This is in addition to the $9.95 restocking fee.
Refunds, exchanges & store credit
Exchanges and Shop Now products are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of request. There is a rare chance items may sell out before your exchange or request is processed.
Exchange and Shop Now orders are subject to dispatch delays at the time of finalising a return.

Can I get a full refund to my original payment method?+
Cash refunds to the original payment method are only available where required by applicable US consumer protection law (a verified major fault). For all other approved returns, our default remedy is store credit valid for 12 months. If you specifically require a cash refund, a 10% processing surcharge plus the $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Refunds processed take 5–10 business days to reach the original payment method after QC approval.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?+
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are not guaranteed. US customers may exchange for an alternate size of the same item only — colour changes, style changes and product swaps are not supported. Exchanges incur outbound re-shipping of $9.99. We do not hold stock for pending exchanges; if the requested size sells out before your return is inspected, a store credit is issued instead. International exchanges are not available under any circumstance.
What if my item is faulty?+
Email [email protected] with photos within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Can I cancel an order after I’ve placed it?+
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that they enter our automated dispatch queue and cannot be cancelled, but you can return them once received.
