Orders
When will my order ship?+
Orders placed before 11AM EST on business days dispatch same day from our US warehouse.
Can I change my order?+
Within 2 hours of placing, email [email protected] with your order number. After that the order enters dispatch.
Do you offer same-day delivery?+
Yes, for US metro addresses. Select Same Day at checkout.
My order has not arrived — can I get a refund?+
No. The standard delivery window is up to 21 business days (3 weeks). This applies especially during sale periods, for regional/remote ZIP codes and all international destinations. Refunds for non-delivery are only considered after 21 business days AND a carrier loss declaration has been issued. Please contact [email protected] if your tracking has not updated in 7+ days.
Can I cancel my order?+
Orders enter our automated dispatch queue immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation after placement. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may cancel it at our sole discretion. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — you may return it under our Returns Policy after delivery.

Are your leggings squat-proof?+
Our Unrivalled, Signature and Aura fabrics are 90%+ squat-proof. See the leggings guide.
Returns & refunds
What is your return window?+
14 days from delivery — items must be lodged in our Returns Portal AND posted within this window. Late returns are refused. Sale/final-sale items, underwear and supplements are non-returnable under any circumstance. See the returns policy.
How long do refunds take?+
Store credit is issued within 10–15 business days after QC approval. Cash refunds (where required by applicable consumer law) take 5–10 business days after QC approval, plus 3–5 business days for bank processing. The $9.95 restocking fee and original shipping costs are always deducted.
Supplements
Are your supplements third-party tested?+
Yes — every batch is HASTA-tested and ISO-22000 manufactured in the US.
Can I return an opened tub?+
No. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned under any circumstance, even if you are dissatisfied with taste, texture, mixability or results. Sealed, unopened tubs may be returned within 14 days if all tamper-evident seals are intact and the item is in resellable condition.
